Is Aqaris RERA and Mollak compliant?
Yes. Aqaris syncs natively with Mollak for service charges and invoicing. The chart of accounts is RERA-aligned, and tenancy workflows include Ejari and Tawtheeq registration tracking.
Does it work in Saudi Arabia?
Not yet. We're built for the UAE today: Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates. Saudi expansion is on our roadmap. If you operate in both markets, get in touch and we'll keep you updated.
Can my tenants and vendors use it too?
Yes. Tenants get a magic-link portal with no app and no password, where they can view their contract, request maintenance and check payment history. Vendors receive work orders with full context and update the status from their phone.
